Disclosure of Information
MMK was named the winner of the annual Active Corporate Policy in Information Disclosure competition by Interfax and AK&M, Russia’s authorized stock exchange information disclosure agencies.
The jury was comprised of representatives of the agencies, stock exchanges and recognized experts. They noted MMK’s consistent compliance with all information disclosure requirements and the progress the company has achieved in this sphere in recent years.
Investors and journalists also pointed out MMK’s simultaneous disclosure of information in Russia and abroad.
