MMK shares have traded on the RTS (Russian Trading System) and MICEX Stock Exchange under the ticker MAGN since 26.12.2005. In July 2006, the shares of MMK were included in quotation list B on both stock exchanges.

As a result of an international shares offering in April 2007, MMK successfully established a Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) program for its shares (1 GDR include 13 ordinary shares). On April 30, 2007 MMK’s GDR were included to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. Currently MMK’s GDRs are listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker MMK.
