MMK: COUNTERING THE PANDEMIC

On the adoption of additional measures to reduce the risk of spread of coronavirus

• Movement between production shops, sectors and other units is strictly prohibited, except in situations where such movements are essential for work duties. Movement to and fr om canteens and other catering installations during the working shift is permitted.

• Employees moving to and fr om shower facilities, health centres, administrative and amenities facilities, and plant checkpoints before and after working shifts may only do so if they follow set transit routes. Movement is permitted on the condition that employees maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from one another.

• Persons seeking to enter or exit the territory of MMK through checkpoints are permitted to do so only if they are wearing personal respiratory protective equipment, in accordance with the ‘recommendations on their use’ (Circular of 24.04.2020 DPB-08/017)

• It is compulsory to wear personal respiratory protective equipment at all workstations, management points and other premises wh ere the workstations do not allow individual employees at least 4 m² of working space, or wh ere direct physical contact (not maintaining a distance of at least 1.5 metres) between employees is unavoidable.

It is compulsory to wear personal respiratory protective equipment when conducting urgent meetings, checks and maintenance rounds (to maintain the operation of the productive process, carry out repairs, reconstructions etc.) when there is a possibility of any accidental, short-term violation of the 1.5-metre distancing requirement.
